Mary’s Miracle
Mary learns she will give birth to the Son of God through the Holy Spirit. “You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus.” (Luke 1:31)
Joseph’s Dream
An angel appeared to Joseph in a dream to assure him. “Do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife.” (Matthew 1:20)
The Journey to Bethlehem
Mary and Joseph traveled to Bethlehem for the census. “So Joseph went…to Bethlehem the town of David.” (Luke 2:4)
No Room at the Inn
Mary and Joseph found no room in the inn and had to stay in a stable.“There was no guest room available for them.” (Luke 2:7)
The Birth of Jesus
Jesus was born in a humble manger.“She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger.” (Luke 2:7)
The Shepherds Hear the News
Angels appeared to shepherds, proclaiming the birth of the Savior.“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you.” (Luke 2:11)
The Shepherds Visit Jesus
The shepherds found Jesus and praised God.“They spread the word concerning what had been told them.” (Luke 2:17)
The Wise Men Follow the Star
Magi followed a star to find Jesus, bringing gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.“We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him.” (Matthew 2:2)
The Gifts of the Magi
The Wise Men honored Jesus as King. “Then they opened their treasures.” (Matthew 2:11)
A Savior is Born – Have A Merry Christmas!
Jesus came to bring peace, joy, and salvation to the world.“For unto us a child is born… and he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God.” (Isaiah 9:6)
